The rosolio is an ancient liquor that was prepared at home, and offered as a digestive after a meal or to accompany dessert. Nonna Rufina was born in 2001 from a desire to preserve the traditions of the flavors of yesteryear. The grandmother revealed her recipes, jealously guarded, with a nephew, who decided to use them strictly according to the experience gained by her grandmother to whom she dedicated the name of the company that builds its secrets. The browning of Nonna Rufina are produced, then and now, using natural herbs and fruit quality from Etna.
